I had this problem a year or so ago.  As I recall, it happened when I added one 
person and a marriage date before entering the spouse's name.  This triggered 
the "someone" in the software.  Adding the spouse's name then didn't replace 
the "someone" but only added the name with the result you're seeing.  I 
eventually cleared it--probably by deleting and re-entering the spouse and 
marriage date.  There is a thread on the problem in the pre-Nov 2009 archives 
with a subject line of "Margaret Married Someone."  Fortunately it only happens 
occasionally and apparently only under fairly unusual circumstances.
