That's all well and dandy, but what Sherry was politely trying to point out was the following:- a) The subject header had not been changed but the content was entirely unrelated, ergo, the existing thread was being 'hijacked' b) Bob replied to an existing message, when he should have started a new thread because he had a gripe that was unrelated to the subject of the message he was replying to. He should learn the difference between the verbs to 'reply' and to 'write'.
