Very interesting. Sounds to me like the LUG Administrator has some explaining to do. And before anyone suggests that we are just trying to point fingers, it's not about that at all. I think all us Luggers (Lugheads?) need to know what is going on with the server so that we can properly advise other users experiencing similar difficulties. ISN'T THAT WHY THIS GROUP WAS ESTABLISHED? Withholding such info by Millennia is counter-productive. As it stands right now, I don't think any of us can help any user with email problems simply because we are not being informed about what is right or what is wrong with the list server. And that means we should be afraid of giving wrong, misleading, or useless advice or else the user could think we are attacking their intelligence (as recently happened). I'm really beginning to see the problem from the viewpoint of the OP and think he was not all that wrong. I just wish he could have seen our viewpoint in that we seem to have been kept in the dark. Someone with LegacyFamilyTree.com in their email address needs to respond.

There seems to be a lag time of several days from when one subscribes and the list server recognising that and allowing posting.
