Howland: I use the Recorded Date as the date *I* entered the information in my database. The Artifact template has a field for Date Created where you could enter 1925 and updated in 1935. If you don't want to do that for some reason, you could include that information under the Text/Comments tab.

On 99% of my other information sources (websites, emails, etc.) I have dates on the printout so that is the date I will use.
