It's pretty much the same thing with images in many cases. With pdf
reports you can link other files using a pdf editor, but not within
Legacy, I don't think. You can do whatever you can do with the
Publishing Center as far as putting different reports together, and
maybe there's other options there to be more 'free-form' but I don't
know; I don't use it.
