I have a question & a request in relation to the answers (that I know I will get).
When I set up my locations database I allowed for << street #, Street name, Village/small town, Larger town/County, County/Province/Large City, Country >> so that it is presented as << 35, Main Street, Queniborough, Leicester, Leicestershire, England >>. This reads well, but because I have people in various countries & want to know who was in which country (with the county, province/state detail following and then progressing through to the street #. I believe that it will show up better in the master location list & then be easier to spot [& then fix] small or larger discrepancies! MY QUESTION is - does Legacy 7.4.0.39 enable me to reverse the sequencing order with the click of a button/selection of an option? If so, how do I do it? The only alternative I can see is to manually edit each line in the locations master. VERY time consuming!! MY REQUEST -- for those kind people who answer, could you also send a cc to my wife's computer and email as for some reason Legacy messages go though to the deleted mail folder & it's possible that I may not get to see your well thought out solutions! Here's hoping! Peter Holmes Western Australia. Skype ; p.g.holmes [HOLMES (Witham on the Hill, Manthorpe, Spalding, Pinchbeck, Donington then Leicestershire)].
