While trying to update to the latest version of Legacy I got this message: "Message File record #13296 not found" (the number keeps changing as I try different solutions) Legacy froze and I cannot open it. I haven't been able to find this message in the help menu or archived messages. I am writing for a friend; she is running Windows 7 on a Toshiba laptop.
