Sorry if I was overly confusing. The issue I was talking about was Problem 1 below. If that's a Legacy Bug (I sure thought it was/is) has it been noted by Legacy? In the past I've submitted bugs and they've been noted but I never know if or when they'll be addressed.
That's the only thing I was trying to get at when I originally asked if there was any progress/update on the issue.
