Thanks Jan - I feel better that I am not just another nutter. I did it carefully again this morning as a test. I have spent a lot of time on this issue. Support have never acknowledged to me that it was being acted on. I was using the Descendant Book Report to proof it & I can't see why Ron does not get it as well. My Build Date is 28/4/2004 or 4/28/2004 for USA. Are there later build dates for 0.39? Ron your Build Date? John
