I have just done a test using your instruction and I get "Joe Browm married
on 12 June 1930"

That is so that *you*, in individual cases, can change the wording for the
specific partnership. Delete the word "someone", mine simply reads "married"
and "next married". This is *not* a bug it is a choice which you have.

Everyone must have a RIN - they cannot be removed, if you try you may ruin
your database.
