If this is a bug, and I have no reason to suspect it is, then it is only
happening in circumstances which are specific to your set up.

So, Names: Given - Surname, or Surname - Given?
Surnames: Which of the options have you chosen and have you included
alternative names?

On the right hand side under Name List, which option have you chosen and
below that, What have you included in the Name List?
