Using the "AKA" screen, you only have fields for inputting the alternate name/spelling. This is fine if that is all you want/need to record. If you wanted to write notes about the AKA though, or give details about how and when the name was acquired - for example, if there was a Deed Poll, then you would need to create an Event. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
