However, if you have entered anything in the Notes or Description fields of the 
Alt Event, that information is lost because there are no Notes or Descriptions 
fields in the "main" events.

This was discussed recently, and I forget which Support person was sorry, but 
admitted that's how it is.  That is Important to point out when advising.  The 
basic data does swap, but that is all.

That's why there are Alt. events in the Master Event Definition
list... Alt. Birth, Alt. Burial, Alt. Christening and Alt. Death

If you use the Alt event and find that event is the correct one, but
clicking on the Options button next to the Events/Facts list on the
Individual Information edit window, you can swap the Alt. event with
the one you entered above.
