Hi Steve My opinion is that there is not enough detail. I would be expecting the line of text in the citation to give me enough to get a copy of the specific item (assumed to be a birth record in this case) - for example just pass this "instruction" over at the counter (pay the money) and recieve the evidence. Is it enough? But if this is citing a website, then I would also expect a bit more (I can't get into the site to check what you have quoted, but would have expected a fuller URL and date it was sighted/copied).
For my citations I have also been including the "fact" (eg the full date) so that I can check between sources (where they conflict/vary), and if challenged, without having to go back and find my copy of the piece of paper etc (you may do this with an attached image). Would this satisfy the requirements of genealogists or would I need to add more information for an opinion? In the notes I have added the GID#.
