In the past, I have converted books and reports from the Publication Centre to .rtf and thence Word (.doc files). The source numbers changed automatically as I cleaned up the document and added other sources. Now the new added sources are recorded in an independent Source Citation List and the old Citation List is not linked to the document at all. Does Legacy not take over the formatting and linking as before. Judy
