Ron Unfortunately the new sources came from an added Introduction and were given numbers starting at 1. The main text then started again at 1 and, short of manually changing them, I don't think it can be done (about 100 source numbers,). Perhaps my distant memory is failing and I didn't add extra sources then. A complete Word document will adjust source numbers where required and obviously the sources coming over from Legacy/rtf are not formatted in the same way ie are not still hyperlinked to the text.
