Ron Yes, they are in the preview in Legacy and they go over into Word but do not act like sources should in Word. The problem is in the Word file produced from the Legacy file. At the end of the Word document, I get 2 sets of source citations. ie the first from the Legacy file. New citations added later to the Word file do not get added to this list. They go into a second separate Source Citation list and work as you would expect in any word file (there is a hyperlink between text and citation). But you cannot link to the relevant source citation from the main text that has come through from Legacy which I am sure you could in the past. Sorry, I don't know that I am explaining myself clearly. Judy

Have you looked at the Preview to see if they are there? The source numbers changed automatically as I cleaned up the document and added other sources. Now the new added sources are recorded in an independent Source Citation List and the old Citation List is not linked to the document at all. Does Legacy not take over the formatting and linking as before.
