I knew this would be a chore to explain, but will make another try. I shouldn't have addressed the 'file carry' to another PC - it distracted from what information I need.
I have 700+ digitized files in a folder under 'Legacy --> Data --> Detail Sources'. Most files are .pdf, but some are .jpg, .doc, .xls, etc., that I moved via a 32 GB flash drive. The files are in a folder named the same in PC #1 and PC #2. Can you explain how to take one digitized file in 'Detail Sources' (say it is named '6100 Marriage Records, XYZ County, TN') and add it to the Master Source, so that when I put a marriage event under Uncle Bob and Aunt Tess, I can access the digitized file from the event?
