Hind sight is golden, but what I do with lenghty e-mails for future usage, I make a word document of it, then I don't store it in my e-mails, nor plan to retype later (I am a horrid typist). I sometimes delete stuff I left there by accident. The longest I had was 116 pages. Or if my provider goes away, I don't need to 'emergency' move stuff. Rich in LA CA
