For those of you using Outlook for your email, there is a program called
Message Save that will save your messages outside of Outlook in various
formats. You can download a 30 day trial. I have used it to move some of my
thousands of emails out of Outlook.

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] adding stories

Hind sight is golden, but what I do with lenghty e-mails for future usage, I
make a word document of it, then I don't store it in my e-mails, nor plan to
retype later (I am a horrid typist). I sometimes delete stuff I left there by
accident. The longest I had was 116 pages. Or if my provider goes away, I don't
need to 'emergency' move stuff.
