I don't mean to stir up a hornet's nest, but let me ask two questions. (1) Why do our friends from the United Kingdom seem to object to entering that in the highest jurisdictional spot? If I go to the United Nations website, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is listed as a member state and not England nor Scotland. Similarly for the International Olympic Committee, the member National Organizing Committee is Great Britain.
(2) Can someone do a primer on jurisdictions in the United Kingdom. I still cannot fathom which jurisdictions are used when.
