We've found one minor change in options or one slight difference in steps can make a difference. We could spend hours struggling to figure out what someone did before an error pops up.
We've run into this so many times before... if we can't duplicate it right away, we always ask for the exact steps the person took or sometimes the usr file so we can duplicate the options the person has selected.
