Bill, When the list comes up there is an option to create a search list based on this list. Create the search list and you can open this search list at any time by SEARCH > VIEW SEARCH LIST. It will open at the top individual and you can select who you wish to edit and go directly to edit them or make minor edits right from the search list. After you have cleared several you can run a new list and start at the top again. -- Gene Young Researching Young, Harer, Cox & Sallada With Legacy Family Tree http://myyoungs.atspace.com/index.htm Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
