I have 5 letters scanned that relate to one of my families. I don't want to put each scan into any one of the siblings file because they have family information that relate to other members as well. I don't know the siblings father's name, but i have him in as "Mr. Mayo", so that I can get his children in as a family.
I put the letters in his record as "Mayo Correspondence" Can anyone suggest a better place for scanned information that relates to the family at large?
