So, if I understand you now, your problem is with your FTP or File Transfer Protocal software and not the cleaning up of HTML codes on a web page. Is that correct?

I use Homesite v. 5 to fine tune my web pages and it has find and replace capaibility so when I make a change to a page, i can make it across the board to every page in my directory at the same time and I find it makes any changes very easy.
