Dear Lisa,

Many thanks - I've now done this. I feel much more comfortable with the
basic approach. Sourcewriter tries to make you make random choices ('Is
it in a bound volume or loose sheets?' is an early either/or choice
which has to be answered, and I am very uncomfortable with choosing
either when I don't know the answer - & it also seems a strangely
irrelevant initial question).

I appreciate that folk are prepared to answer questions like this so
promptly - many thanks.

Joan
