I've used practically every version of Legacy in the last 10 years. I'm an early adopter of everything and always upgrade to the latest. As far as the icons, I never noticed any "dancing" of any icon on any screen in the application. I can't go back and check in specific version of Legacy now because I've upgraded to the one that just came out.
