I have problems with my eyesight as well. I have work tri-focals for over 35 years now. I agree that there is a need for those who have problems but to make them jump that far and require a complete repositioning of the mouse in order to click on them makes it actually more difficult and definitely more time consuming. I work within my Legacy file for at least 3 -4 hours per day and work a full time job. I can't afford to lose time over icons that move out of they way whenever you try to access them. If there is such a great need for the jumping icons, them it maybe should be an option for those that want them. I definitely don't.
