I might agree that the movement was a bit too much, but it does seem as
though the principle was favoured by a majority of the users who commented.

These days accessibilty for people who have disabilities, including eyesight
problems (and I have had some of these myself) is most important and some
minor inconvenience of non-impaired users should be accepted.

I would love to see them highlight but I am glad they do not  "dance"
anymore.  In my case they didn't dance at all.  When I put the mouse on
them, they physically 'jumped' about 3/8" away and I had to move the
mouse over to them to be able to click on them.  It was a wasted couple
of seconds.  When you are entering 50 or 60 documents every day and
sourcing and making notes, etc, it was a creating an extra step to
access the icon.
