Hi Richard. I wrote to this person off-line and gave them possible instructions on how to fix the problem and to write to Legacy support if that does not work. Once again, whenever a message is received like this, it indicates the person can post, but not receive any messages in return, so what we have to do is to contact them off-line to give them instructions. What would be helpful if Legacy support would solicit a few volunteers from some of us to contact these persons and then we can take this problem off the list.
