I give them the instructions that will normally correct their problem. It has to do with an embedded space that sometimes occurs in the URL address of the welcoming email that Legacy sends them. If they simply COPY and PASTE the URL to their Internet browser (instead of clicking), it will correct their problem in most cases, I have found. I know from personal experience as well.
Legacy support confirmed this to me several months ago, but has stated it has to do with a third-party software application, so they can't fix it permanently themselves. Of course, I always advise them to contact Legacy support directly if the COPY and PASTE does not work. But (Jim), in most cases, I have not found that their messages have been blocked by SPAM filters, but since that is a possibility, I will also suggest they check that just to be sure.
