I checked it out and it pulls up eight different genealogy software
programs' data files including Legacy.  It also displays all gedcom
files.  Seems like a good program because it readily searches for all
the extensions for all genealogy databases and it has a checklist to
just pull up the ones you want.  And like Ron said, it's free.
