For most instances like this I do create an event or use an existing one. For
instance if I had info about a Christmas party I would use an event I have
called “attended” and the event sentence definition reads something like [Name]
[Event] [description] [ondate] [atplace]. [Notes][sources] which translates to
Fred attended a Christmas party on 23 Dec 1967 at the home of Mr and Mrs Smith.
This was reported in the Smalltown Gazette on 24 Dec 1967. The article reads
as follows: (and here I would include a transcript of the article). For land
description I use the Land event, or Leased, or I think I created one called
Land Acquired - whatever suits you. I also have “Family Story” for tidbits
that were told to me by other relatives or are generally known in the family.
If the ‘event’ or tidbit relates to the family as a whole I add it to marriage
events and the sentences are modified accordingly.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Entering individual notes

I have many "tidbits" of information on relatives, such as newspaper articles
and clippings. Do you tag these tidbits (they are not events) as "Biography"
such as in PAF? Any suggestions?

I keep the notes in chronological order but uncertain if the information should
have a heading such as Biography, land description, Christmas party, etc.

thank you..
