Thank you for all of your suggestions.  I have been hesitant to add "events"
thinking that everything was "pre-set".  I was concerned of creating a list
monster (probably comes from my computer training at work).  As I read the
notes of a my 3 gg grandfather I realize that many items could be added to
events and there is actually an event for many of them.  Although tea-party
and visiting at the home are not events and maybe don't need to be!  I have
many news clippings of articles but clippings do not include the name of the
newspaper.
