Julia:

Your core question isn’t clear to me, but there’s very little you can do in
Legacy that will “mess things up.” Granted, some things are more tedious to
change than others (sources, for example), but the Master Location List is
among the easiest to revise because of the Show List option and the ability to
make global changes. The ability to sort locations in several different
sequences is also extremely helpful.

Don’t be afraid to experiment, and don’t expect to have everything perfect at
the outset. There are probably very few of us who haven’t decided at some
point to change a particular data entry scheme.

Subject: RE: [LegacyUG] Locations

Thank you for your replies Jerry, Mary, & Kristen.

Does anyone know if I go with the 4 field method, and later I decide to add a
few more in the Legacy Master Location List, will that mess things up?

Julia
