Based on Jerry comments, I can see now that if one uses X positions for all entered locations, than sorting works right to left left to right any position order for sorting After converting all to X positions exporting to other programs is working better for me as well.
because i previous had some locations with one, two, four and five positions when sorting I was very limited when looking for similar information. Now with all entries converted to X positions all sorting works as I was hoping for.
