Rita,

I concur with Mike, the message "is not a valid Win32 application" is coming 
from the Temporary Files folder or Browser Catch.
Clear them all and retry. It should work properly after the cache has been 
cleared.

First, this is a file in your Browser cache. So, clear the cache and begin 
again.
