I think you have identified my problem.  I didn't realize that my C drive
was reaching capacity!

I checked everything you suggested.  My Legacy program is on my C drive in
a separate folder named Legacy.  I looked at the Program Files Folder just
to be sure and there is not a folder named Legacy there.  My Legacy Data
and Multimedia Folders are on my D drive, but that is indicated on my
Locations tab.  I've been running it this way for years.  My temp files
location is the C drive, just as you said it should be.

Now I am working on cleaning off my C drive.  Hopefully this will be the
solution to my problem.
