Just a thought: If you add 2 test family files, then open two genuine ones, do both the test families disappear off the list? Do the four genuine family files stay or do two of them also disappear? My thinking is that if you have four genuine files there, they should all stay. If not, the software may have become corrupted somehow so a reinstall of it may solve the problem. -- Charani (UK) OPC for Walton, Ashcott, Shapwick, Greinton and Clutton, SOM http://wsom-opc.org.uk Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
