Hello, Just in case, this may help : Deleted files (including Legacy files whether deleted by a Legacy command or directly within their folder using Windows delete command) are normally stored by Windows in the Recycle Bin (typically shown on your desktop). If the files you are inquiring about are important, I would suggest you go to the Recycle Bin, right-click on the files you whish and select "Restore".

If when these are loaded you then delete them, they should be deleted from the Legacy/Data folder, and will not, therefore, show up on the list at File>Open Family File. However (and I had not realised that you were talking about the list at the bottom of the File tab), the list at the bottom of the file tab does not seem to be updated until Legacy is closed. On reopening it will show the last 4 less any that have been deleted i.e. delete 2 and only 2 will show. I imagine that the reason for this is that once a file moves off this history list it's record is destroyed.
