I don't believe I have ever established user ID numbers, since I thought that was what the RIN was. What do others use as User ID numbers? I like the ahnentafal numbering system (1 for me; 2 for my father; 3 for my mother, etc) but it would not do, since, for my children's benefit, I have their fathers genealogy in my data base as well. All that side would have no number. How on earth do I assign User IDs at this late date anyhow?
