Look in the archives for “Families”
There has been lots of discussion on here about using Families in conjunction
with Legacy

Thank you. It only works if your family tree is on Ancestry, so it does not
suit me. I need an app that will work fully on android. Legacy's upcoming app
is apparently only a reader too. So I will keep looking.

Someone mentioned "Families" which lets you modify the data on your android
device and is compatible with Legacy. Will try it and see.

I am searching for an android genealogy app and have not found one yet. There
are several gedcom readers like Gedstar pro, but these do not allow you to
modify the data itself when in android and that markedly reduces their appeal
and use.

Is there a fully functional android program that not only imports a gedcom but
also allows the user to add to and modify the data right on the android device?
Essentially legacy for Android?

Thanks, Jeff
