I use only maiden name. Most of the searches then may look for both. This also makes me learn the maiden names of those married into my family unit.
I even name images and douments using the 'MaidenFirstMiddle' then I can add the married name, to the left, when this female is married. This allows all the images and douments in the same group. Even she has been married many times then they will still be in the same group.
