Well, I use a simple workaround to allow "windows" of data to be viewed
while I am working in Legacy.
The easiest method is by keeping an up to date gedcom at Rootsweb world
connect and opening those pages in regular window browsers.

You will not find much of anything that is faster or more secure for your
desktop pc than an Access database foundation as Legacy uses, and I for one
would never want a reduced response time as far as data entry goes.

But thats just my own personal opinion.
