I would hope that the new version would:
1. Be faster.
2. Have a smaller footprint.
3. Not use proprietary database code.
4. Work in Linux also.

I don't trust Legacy to achieve any of my hopes.
Legacy will probably be bigger,
have more baggage,
and therefore run slower.

Wirth's law - Software is getting slower more rapidly
than hardware becomes faster.

I'm still using v.5 deluxe
and see no reason to fix
what works for me.

It is the only program I use
that requires Windoz.
