Can I get the GPS coordinates from Google Maps or something? I would want to plug this in if that will make the mapping more functional.

The Address screen uses the Geo Database and not Bing Maps to select coordinates so the location is only for the town/city not the street address. To include mapping to a street address you would have to determine the Latitude and Longitude for the house and enter those manually.
