Sybil, Regardless of how much testing is done, you will never see a program released that is 100% error free. In fact, if any company were to hold off releasing a program until it was 100% error free, the program would never get released.
That being said, the problems that have been encountered are relatively minor. There are a couple of people that have encountered problems that are specific to them (their system) and no affecting the majority. If you read the messages to the list carefully, the majority of the comments/complaints are from people who are not happy with some of the desigh changes. Unfortunately, no programmer will ever satisfy all users. Some people (myself for one) are very pleased and happy with the design changes. Others (from the comments) don't deal well with changes and apparently prefer to see the program remain stagnant.
