Margaret:

I forgot to tell you when you open and convert your Legacy 7 database using
Legacy 8, you will need to run:  Tools > Media Relinker and then Gather
Media.

This will location and link all of your old picture files and the Gather
Media allows you to make a copy of your picture files in the correct Legacy
8 Media location.

  C:\Users\myname\documents\Legacyfamilytree\Media\
