Sherry, Thank you for responding. I now have Legacy8 and would just like to uninstall Legacy 7.5. As mentioned, the start menu does not have any subfolders under the Legacy program folder, so no uninstall link is there. In c:Legacy folder on my hard drive, I have tried the uninstall and get the message ‘INSTALL.LOG.FILE.missing. I went through the instructions on-line at Legacyfamilytree. There is an uninstaller I can download from another source, I was hoping there was a solution from Legacy.

Go to Start menu > All Programs and use the uninstall in the Legacy folder there. You should have a folder. If it's not there, then Legacy has already been uninstalled, although the uninstall does retain the c;\Legacy folder to protect your data. There's also an uninstall option in the c:\Legacy folder on your hard drive, as long as Legacy hasn't already been uninstalled.
