C.G., et al,

As promised here is my post regarding this issue.

In most Windows programs single-clicking selects (or highlights) an object,
while a double-click executes the function associated with that object.

On a laptop touchpad the double-click is called "double-tap", in most cases
invoking the same actions as the double-click with a mouse.

I use Legacy exclusively on my Laptop and even with the sensitivity reduced
unfortunately,
it is very easy to accidentally single-tap
which moves the person to the center or if highlighted it opens the
Individual Information form. And other spurious things as C. G. mentioned.

Very disturbing at least to me and likely other touchpad users.

.As C.G. has pointed out this is truly irritating and causes unnecessary
navigating. It should follow the Windows standard functionality.

Please return this standard usage to single and double clicks in FV and
anywhere else it is non-standard.
